Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Reclaimed. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and we are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent experience. Because our products are made-to-order, our return and refund guidelines are outlined below.


1. Order Changes, Incorrect Selections & Buyer’s Remorse

Each item is produced specifically for your order. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Ordering the incorrect size, color, or design

  • Changing your mind after the order is placed

  • Any form of buyer’s remorse

We encourage customers to review product details and size charts carefully before completing checkout.


2. Damaged Items or Manufacturing Errors

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we sincerely apologize.
Please notify us within 30 days of delivery so we may promptly resolve the issue.

To process a claim, kindly provide:

  • A clear photo (or video) of the damaged or defective item

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

In most cases, returns are not required. Once the issue is verified, we will gladly provide either:

  • A complimentary replacement, or

  • A full refund.

Refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method.


3. Situations Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We respectfully cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect size or color choices

  • Minor variations in print placement or color (up to 0.5" variance may occur)

  • Claims submitted after the 30-day window

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery


4. Multiple Items Affected

If multiple items in the same order are affected, we may request a single photo that clearly displays all impacted products to help expedite the resolution.


5. Undeliverable Orders

If a package is returned to sender or marked undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers may choose one of the following:

  • A reprint of the order (additional shipping charges may apply), or

  • A partial refund.
